Earlier this week we found out Xander's EBV levels were climbing again. Grrrrrrrrr! Go away EBV! It makes me crazy Xander can't get rid of this virus. As soon as we think he shakes it, it comes back. He needs a break from it and the diarrhea it's causing. You wouldn't know Xander is sick. He's crawling and walking around here like a maniac.
We went to Hopkins this morning for lab work and to see the docs. Xander also got a CT scan while we were there. They are checking his lymph nodes to be sure none of them are abnormal which can happen as a result of the EBV. We're hoping for good results.
The transplant coordinator called a few minutes ago and said his liver numbers are looking good! They were high there for a while but now they are going back down and are almost normal. Normal! Normal in our house is such a great word.
