Congratulations to my friends Angie and Chris on their new baby girl. Emily was born in record time. Angie didn't mess around. Her water broke early Monday morning, she and Chris headed to the hospital around 6:00am and Emily made her debut at 9:10am. There was no time for pain meds. All au natural.
