Ride 4 Savvy

Savvy is one of Xander's new liver friends who, like Xander, suffered from Biliary Atresia. Four months ago, Savvy received her gift of life and is doing amazing. She is just darling and her Mom, Ana, is one superior human being. With all Ana has going on she manages to find more of herself to give when others are in need. I have never seen anyone respond faster to a call for help. I am seriously humbled. So I am spreading the Ride 4 Savvy word for her and for Savvy. Please, if you can, make a donation or dust off you riding boots and get out there!



Super Papi is going to drive his motorcycle across the country from Florida to North Dakota and back in order to raise Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA) funds to help pay for transplant related expenses but most importantly to spread the word about the desperate need for organ donors.

We hope to raise some awareness with this cross country ride and hope that you can join us at one of the stops and support Savannah's Super Papi!

Kick Off Event!!!!
Wednesday, MAY 28th!!!

Come join us at the "Ride 4 Savvy Kick Off Event" at East Coast Pizza in Riverview, Florida starting 5 pm....come meet Super Papi and Savvy !!! We are collecting old cell phones and used ink cartridges (we send them to COTA which recycles them and gives the value to Savannah's COTA fund). We are also holding a drawing for a signed Tampa Bay Lightning hockey stick (you must be present at 8:00pm to win).

So come and eat some fabulous pizza starting at 5pm (they are the best in the area!) and support the "Ride 4 Savvy"! A special Thank You to East Coast Pizza which has been incredibly supportive to our family!!

Cabela's in Missouri on Saturday May 31!

The ride is making a special stop at Cabela's in Missouri which hosting an event for Savannah! Super Papi will be at Cabela's handing out donor cards and spreading the message to leave a legacy of life...to become an organ donor. A special thank you to Cabela's for hosting us and for providing prizes at this event.

This is our first annual bike run for organ donor awareness. The 7th Annual Ronald McDonald Ride is June 14th and goes hand & hand with our efforts. Savannah lived with her Mami at the Ronald McDonald House in Camden, New Jersey for 81 days..celebrating her first birthday at the Ronald McDonald House and the holiday season – our flyer is available on their website, we are grateful for the partnership with this amazing organization.
