We made it! Linc and Xander did great.
The docs at Johns Hopkins saw Xander and think he looks good. We are in the process of trying to fatten him up as much as we can. He is on the feeding pump for more hours during the day. He was on for 10hrs now it's whenever he's napping/sleeping. Keep your fingers crossed that this helps him pack on the pounds.
