We're sitting here in the PICU waiting room waiting. They haven't tapped him yet. We're waiting for the ultrasound. They want to find the best place to put the needle to drain the fluid. Xander is sleeping right now. He's such a tough little guy. They drew blood and had to put a new IV in and he was giggling shortly after.

I'm glad all this stuff doesn't seem to phase him...but like you said, no child should ever be used to pain.
