Keep Xander's friend Eli in your thoughts today. He was also diagnosed with Biliary Atresia and his liver is now starting to give out. He was admitted the other day because of labored breathing. He was diagnosed with a pleural effusion. They will have to tap his chest to drain it.

This little guy is near and dear to my heart. He looks so much like Xander and now he seems to be walking the same path as Xander did. My prayers go out to his family. I hope yours will too.
